Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang is preparing to release a book about his life in July 2023 to coincide with his 50th birthday. The memoir aims to provide insights into his personal and professional journey, including his upbringing and experiences throughout his career.


Anang, popularly known as Pusher, expressed his motivation for documenting his life in a book during an interview on Joy Prime's morning show. He believes that now is the right time to share his story, as he has transitioned from one generation to another. By chronicling his last 50 years, he hopes to offer guidance and wisdom to the younger generation, helping them avoid repeating past mistakes.


The book will cover various aspects of Anang's life, including his education, work, and lessons learned from bad choices. One specific chapter will recount an encounter with a female fan who pursued a romantic relationship with him despite his marital status. Additionally, Anang will share his journey to fatherhood, which involved over 20 years of marriage and the temptation to enter into a second marriage under challenging circumstances.


The book, which has been in the works for several years, will finally be launched on July 8th. The event will also mark the inauguration of Anang's foundation, "One In A Million," which is a ten-year project focused on supporting women and children in accessing quality healthcare.


The launch ceremony is expected to gather notable personalities and reunite characters from the popular TV series "Things We Do For Love." Adjetey Anang's memoir aims to inspire and enlighten readers, offering valuable insights into his life's journey and the lessons he has learned along the way.
